Yushiro Appoints New Executives Effective Oct 1

TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Yushiro Inc. (5013.T) announced changes to its board of directors effective October 1, 2026.

At the July 15, 2026, board meeting, the company decided to promote several executives: HighBridge Manufacturing America Inc. CEO Masashi Takahashi will transition from Executive Director to Senior Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Additionally, Koichi Kobayashi, currently CEO of Qualikem Inc., will move from Executive Director to Senior Executive Officer and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). These appointments reflect the company's strategic realignment aimed at enhancing leadership across key operational roles.
