TOKYO, May 15 (Pulse News Wire) – YOROZU CORPORATION (7294.T) reported on Monday that it recognized impairment losses amounting to ¥1.5 billion as extraordinary expenses in its individual consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 2026. The impairment loss was recorded due to deteriorating performance at certain affiliated companies.

Specifically, the company reassessed the allowance for doubtful accounts related to receivables from subsidiaries such as Yokohama Sustainable Manufacturing Center Co., Ltd., leading to the recognition of the impairment expense. This impairment charge had no impact on the consolidated financial results as it would be eliminated within the group's financial statements.
