YE Digital Reports Major Shareholding by Hitachi Electric

TOKYO, Apr 24 (Pulse News Wire) – YE DIGITAL Corporation (2354.T) disclosed that Hitachi Electric Co., Ltd. holds 38.97% of its voting rights as of February 28, 2026.

Hitachi Electric is also represented on YE DIGITAL’s board by two outside directors who concurrently serve within the Hitachi group. In the fiscal year ending February 28, 2026, YE DIGITAL reported ¥8988.836 billion in transactions with Hitachi Electric, primarily involving software development and IT services.

Despite this significant relationship, YE DIGITAL maintains independent operations through competitive pricing negotiations and diversified sales channels. Hitachi Electric's influence extends to strategic decision-making but does not impose operational constraints on YE DIGITAL.

The company continues to operate independently while fostering close collaboration with its parent group.
