Yamaha Motor Announces Simplified Merger of Subsidiary

TOKYO, Jun 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Yamaha Motor Co.,Ltd. (7272.T) announced a simplified merger of its subsidiary.

The transaction is scheduled to take effect on January 01, 2027, the merger agreement was signed on June 30, 2026. The dissolving entity reported revenue of ¥16,341 million, total assets of ¥12,964 million, net assets of ¥2,589 million.
