Yamada Holdings Appoints New Executives Effective July 1

TOKYO, Jun 26 (Pulse News Wire) – Yamada Holdings CO.,LTD. (9831.T) announced changes to its executive leadership effective July 1, 2026.

At the June 26 board meeting, following consultations with the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the company appointed: Nagano Tsuyoshi as Executive Director and Head of Logistics Structure Reform Department, replacing his previous roles as Chief of Integrated Business Planning Room and Logistics Headquarters Manager. Kankoku Hiroshi was promoted to Deputy Head of Logistics Division from his position as General Manager of Logistics Services Department.

Additionally, Matsuno Akira moved from Head of Corporate Planning Room to Director and Head of Integrated Corporate Planning Department. These appointments reflect the company's ongoing efforts to streamline operations and enhance strategic planning capabilities.
