TOKYO, Jul 10 (Pulse News Wire) – Will,co.,ltd. (3241.T) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Linowest Corporation, has entered into a commitment line agreement with Bank of Western Japan.
The agreement aims to secure flexible and stable funding sources for the group's development and sales business while ensuring a more robust financial foundation. Under the agreement, Linowest will have access to a borrowing limit of ¥800 million. The contract was signed, and will remain effective until June 30, 2027.
Funds from this arrangement will be used primarily for purchasing properties intended for sale. Regarding the impact on the consolidated performance for the fiscal year ending December 2026, WILL stated that the effects are expected to be minor. However, the company pledged to disclose any significant developments promptly should they arise.
