Wealth Management Completes Real Estate Trust Transfer and Launches Third Security Token Offering

TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Wealth Management,Inc. (3772.T) completed the transfer of real estate trust interests related to Six Senses Kyoto to an external fund and launched its third security token offering (STO).

The transaction involves transferring hotel assets to a new fund called WRMST1 Co., Ltd., with settlement and delivery scheduled for September 01, 2026. The company’s subsidiary, Wealth Realty Management, will manage the asset management contract for the newly formed beneficiary securities issuance trust. The trust will issue digital tokens representing rights to the hotel's real estate trust interests, providing investment opportunities to a broad range of investors, including retail investors.

The deal is expected to contribute more than 1489% to the group's revenue compared to the previous fiscal year and increase ordinary profit and net income attributable to parent shareholders by over 28.84% and 28.84%, respectively. Additionally, the company disclosed that the impact of this transaction on its consolidated performance for the current fiscal year has already been reflected in the forecast released on May 12, 2026.
