VT Holdings Completes Restricted Share Award Settlement

TOKYO, Aug 05 (Pulse News Wire) – VT Holdings CO.,LTD. (7593.NG) completed the settlement procedures for restricted share awards on August 05, 2026.

The award was decided upon during the board resolution dated July 21, 2026. Under the terms of the agreement, the company distributed ordinary shares totaling 54,155.

Each share was settled at ¥472 per share, resulting in a total distribution amount of ¥25.6 million. The recipients included five directors, excluding audit committee members and outside directors.
