Voltage Incorporation to Appoint New CEO on Sept 28
TOKYO, Jul 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Voltage Incorporation (3639.T) announced changes in top management effective September 28, 2026. Current President and CEO Yuji Tsutani will transition to Chairman, leveraging his extensive experience to focus on strategic planning and governance.
Keita Kato, who joined the company in 2013 and played a key role in developing the company’s three main pillars—apps, e-comics, and consumer products—will take over as President and CEO. Kato's appointment comes as the company completes its restructuring into these three core businesses, aiming to drive sustainable growth through optimized capital allocation and portfolio management.
Tsutani will now oversee group capital operations and support the new leadership structure, while Kato will lead efforts to further enhance the company’s operational performance. Kato was born on August 14, 1979, and has held various executive positions within the company since joining in 2013.
He currently owns 14,000 shares of the company.
