Vital KSK Holdings Buys Back Shares Worth Over 338.9 million
TOKYO, Jul 01 (Pulse News Wire) – Vital KSK Holdings,inc. (3151.T) announced that it completed a share buyback program during June 2026, acquiring a total of 219,900 shares worth ¥338.9 million.
The buyback was conducted through an investment discretionary method in the open market based on a resolution made at a board meeting held on May 14, 2026. According to the resolution, the company aimed to repurchase up to 2,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 4.13% of the outstanding shares excluding treasury stocks.
The total value of the shares to be acquired was capped at ¥4 billion. The buyback period was set from May 15, 2026, to March 24, 2027.
As of June 30, 2026, Vital KSK Holdings had cumulatively purchased 338,200 shares for a total amount of ¥521.7 million.
