Vertex has authorised a share repurchase programme of up to 588,000 shares, with an aggregate cap of 1 Billion Yen (1.17% of issued shares excluding treasury).

The acquisition period runs from June 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026.

Vertex cited strengthening shareholder returns and improving capital efficiency as the rationale for the action.
