Valor Holdings APPOINTS NEW BOARD MEMBERS AT SUBSIDIARY ALENZA HOLDINGS

TOKYO, Jul 01 (Pulse News Wire) – Valor Holdings CO.,LTD. (9956.NG) and Konan Shoji Co., Ltd.

Appointed new board members at their subsidiary Alenza Holdings Co., Ltd. following resolutions made at a special shareholders' meeting and board meeting held on July 01, 2026.

Alenza Holdings also transitioned to a company with a board of auditors based on the resolution. Alenza Holdings' new board includes Masakazu Wakatoko as president and CEO, Hiroyasu Nakamura as executive vice president, and others.

Additionally, Kunihiko Mukai became an external auditor for Alenza Holdings, while Ayuko Ohta was named an external auditor for PLAZA Law Office and several other positions.
