Urbanet Corporation to Sell Apartment Hotel for Over FY26 Sales Revenue

TOKYO, Jul 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Urbanet Corporation CO.,LTD. (3242.T) announced today that its board of directors approved the sale of a property located in Tokyo, Minato Ku Akasaka.

The property consists of an apartment hotel with a floor area of 2337.67 square meters and spans 14 floors with 50 rooms. The transaction is scheduled to close in July 2026, with delivery expected by the end of May 2028. Due to confidentiality agreements, the buyer's identity and the sale price remain undisclosed. However, the sale price is estimated to exceed 10% percent of the company’s consolidated revenue for the fiscal year ending June 2026.

Despite this significant value, the anticipated impact on earnings is projected to be less than 30% percent of the consolidated ordinary profit and net income attributable to parent shareholders for the same period. There are no capital, personal, or transactional relationships between Urbanet Corporation and the buyer. The completion and recognition of sales revenue from this property are planned for the fiscal year ending June 2028.
