Urban Like to Amend Articles of Incorporation

TOKYO, Jun 24 (Pulse News Wire) – Urban Like Inc. (2992.T) resolved to amend its articles of incorporation at a special board meeting held .

The amendments aim to clarify the company's business objectives in alignment with its current operations and strengthen its operational foundation for future expansion. The proposed changes include adding real estate ownership, leasing, management, and operation services while removing the sale of household meals and alcoholic beverages from the scope of activities. A special shareholders' meeting scheduled for August 26, 2026 will consider these modifications.

If approved, the amended articles will take effect on the same day.
