United&Collective Reports June Sales Amid Typhoon Impact
TOKYO, Jul 01 (Pulse News Wire) – United&Collective Co.LTD. (3557.T) reported its monthly sales figures for June 2026.
The company's total store count remained stable at 83 outlets, including franchises and new openings. However, the number of customers was negatively impacted by two typhoons, leading to a decline in revenue. For the month of June, the company’s consolidated same-store sales showed a real-year-over-year decrease of 93.5%, influenced by adjustments due to shareholder benefits and external factors such as the Calendar Youintou impact (+0.4 percentage points).
Specifically, the teketekke chain experienced a year-over-year sales ratio of 95.2%, while the 3rd Burger and Shintaro chains saw ratios of 89.3% and 100.0%, respectively. United&Collective defines existing stores as thosethat have been open for more than 15 months since their opening date and excludes temporarily closed or shuttered locations from its calculations. Quarter-end preliminary figures are based on the sum of monthly data, which sometimes results in discrepancies compared to final reports.
In addition to the sales performance, the company noted that customer traffic was significantly reduced during the reporting period due to adverse weather conditions caused by the typhoons.
