TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Uchiyama Holdings CO.,LTD. (6059.T) completed the reduction of capital effective July 31, which resulted in Sakura Life Communication becoming a significant subsidiary due to its shareholding exceeding 10% of the parent company's reduced capital.

Sakura Life Communication, established in April 2002, operates in the care sector and is headquartered at Hokkaido Asahikawa Shi Gojou Toori Juu San Choume 647-1. It is majority-owned by UCHIYAMA HOLDINGS with a holding ratio of 100%. The company’s representative director, Takahiro Yamamoto, also serves as the president of UCHIYAMA HOLDINGS. Financial highlights for Sakura Life Communication show total assets of ¥1.863 billion, ¥1.697 billion, and ¥1.570 billion for fiscal years ending March 2024, March 2025, and March 2026, respectively.
