Tsubakimoto Kogyo Announces Upcoming Board Changes
TOKYO, May 08 (Pulse News Wire) – Tsubakimoto Kogyo CO.,LTD. (8052.T) announced changes to its board of directors effective June 26, 2026.
At the May 08, 2026 board meeting, the company approved several appointments and departures, pending formal approval at the upcoming annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026. New appointments include Suzuki Yoshihisa as an external director. Departing directors include Nino Miyoshi, who will step down as an external director.
Additionally, Haruyasu Nagasakaba will join as Deputy Managing Director, while Shinichi Sano will take on a new role within the Development Strategy Department. Promotions include Masahiro Okuda moving up to Executive Vice President from Deputy Managing Director, and Kaoru Nakae advancing to Senior Executive Vice President from Deputy Managing Director of Central Japan Division.
