TSE REIT Core ETF ETF and Core ETF Amend Investment Trust Agreement Terms

TOKYO, Jun 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Simplex Co., Ltd. (management code 16,714) announced changes to the investment trust agreement for the TOPIX REIT ETF (2555) and the TOPIX REIT Core ETF (360A).

The amendments clarify the acceptance period for subscription requests and exchange requests during non-business days. Specifically, for the TOPIX REIT ETF, the amendment adds a note stating that if the calculation period end date falls on a holiday, subscriptions and exchanges will be suspended four business days prior to the end date for four consecutive business days.

For the TOPIX REIT Core ETF, there will be minor adjustments and repositioning of existing clauses related to suspension periods when the fund's settlement date is a holiday. No shareholder vote was required for these changes due to their non-material nature.

The amended agreements will take effect on June 29, 2026 and be implemented on June 30, 2026.
