Trailhead Global Holdings Global Increases Loan Limit for Future Investments
TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Trailhead Global Holdings,inc. (3358.T) announced today that its board of directors approved an increase in its loan limit with Chukubank Corporation.
The revised loan agreement, set to expire in one year, now allows for borrowings up to ¥300 million. This represents an increase from the previous limit of ¥80 million. The purpose of the increased borrowing capacity is to support future growth investments, including potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and expansion initiatives. The interest rate on the loan is tied to the TIBOR 1M plus 1.25%.
The funds can be used for various business investments such as M&A activities, store openings, and equipment purchases. Repayment options include installment payments or lump-sum repayment upon maturity. Notably, the loan does not require collateral, though there is an option for securing the loan with real estate assets located within Fukuoka Prefecture. According to the company, the impact on its fiscal year 2027 performance is expected to be minor.
