TOKYO, May 12 (Pulse News Wire) – TOYOTA INDUSTRIES CORPORATION (6201.T) announced plans to conduct a share consolidation that will result in the company's delisting from the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The company will consolidate shares at a ratio of 604:1.
