TOYO Kanetsu Reports Lower Revenue but Higher Profits for FY2026

– TOYO KANETSU K.K. (6369.T) reported lower revenue but higher profits for the fiscal year ending March 2026.

Despite a decrease in sales due to temporary stagnation in its logistics division, the company saw improved profitability through cost restructuring efforts. Operating profit decreased to ¥3.7 billion from ¥4.25 billion, while net income rose to ¥2.556 billion from ¥1.474 billion compared to the previous fiscal year. In the breakdown of segments, the logistics solution business experienced reduced revenues and profits due to fewer large-scale projects, although it secured smaller contracts.

Conversely, the plant business recorded increased revenues and profits thanks to long-term contract acquisitions. Meanwhile, the future creation business saw revenue growth but faced some declines in certain areas, leading to mixed results. Looking ahead, TOYO KANETSU forecasts continued growth for the next fiscal year, targeting revenues of ¥65 billion with an expected operating profit of ¥4 billion.

The company also plans to increase annual dividend payments per share to reflect its stronger financial position and commitment to shareholder returns.
