Tosei Reit Investment selects executives and amends regulations at shareholder meeting
TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Tosei Reit Investment Corporation (3451.T) held its seventh annual general meeting of shareholders on July 21, where several key decisions were made. The meeting approved changes to the company's charter and elected one executive director, with Daikawachi Yukitsugu appointed as an executive officer effective August 1, 2026, for a two-year term.
Additionally, Takahashi Atsushi was selected as a supplementary executive officer. Furthermore, the meeting also elected two supervisory directors—Midori-gawa Yuka and Komine Yuichi—for a two-year term beginning August 1, 2026.
