TOP Culture Announces 40th Anniversary Shareholder Benefits Program

– TOP Culture CO.,LTD. (7640.T) announced plans to implement a special 40th anniversary shareholder benefits program during a board meeting held on July 16.

The initiative aims to thank shareholders who have supported the company since its founding in 1986. Under the program, shareholders holding shares for less than one year will receive gift cards based on their shareholding levels. Specifically, those holding more than 500 but fewer than 1,500 shares will get ¥2,000 points, while holders of 1,500 or more shares will receive ¥3,000 points. Shareholders with holdings exceeding one year will earn additional points, with those owning between 500 and 1,500 shares receiving ¥2,500 points and those with 1,500 or more shares getting ¥4,000 points.

To qualify for the longer-term benefits, shareholders must maintain continuous eligibility through three consecutive semi-annual records on the company's shareholder registry. The gifts will be included in the notice sent out around December 31, 2026, for the upcoming annual general meeting. In addition to celebrating its milestone, TOP CULTURE reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing shareholder returns moving forward. The company expects the impact on its fiscal 2026 results to be minor but will promptly disclose any significant developments related to this initiative.
