TOKYO, Jul 16 (Pulse News Wire) – Tomoku CO.,LTD. (3946.S) announced the establishment of a shareholder benefits program and the launch of a special commemorative offer at its board meeting held.
The initiative aims to express gratitude to shareholders and encourage long-term investment in the company's shares. Under the new program, shareholders who hold 300 or more shares as of August 31, 2026, will receive a special commemorative gift consisting of ¥10,000 points worth of QUO cards. The company plans to distribute these gifts around November 2026.
For the fiscal year ending March 2027 and beyond, eligible shareholders—those holding 300 or more shares continuously for at least one year as of March 31 each year—will receive QUO cards based on their shareholding duration. Specifically, shareholders with holdings lasting between one and three years will receive ¥10,000 points worth of QUO cards, while those holding for more than three years will get ¥15,000 points worth of QUO cards. The distribution of these benefits is scheduled for early June during the annual general meeting notice.
