TOLI Announces Resignation of Outside Director

TOKYO, May 18 (Pulse News Wire) – TOLI Corporation (7971.T) announced today that its outside director, Yokota Eri, will resign upon the conclusion of the company's 162nd regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 17, 2026. The resignation follows Yokota’s term expiration.

She currently serves as a non-executive director of the company. Following her departure, TOLI will still meet the legal and charter requirements for the number of directors.
