Tokyu Construction TOKYO Construction Co., Ltd. Announces Leadership Changes Effective July 1, 2026

TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – TOKYU CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. (2172.S) announced significant leadership changes effective July 1, 2026.

Shallow Ichiro, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Shallow Ryosuke, President, remain unchanged. However, Yasuda Tetsuo's role transitions from Executive Director and CFO to simply Director and CFO. Additionally, the company appointed two new executive officers: Sakaya Yukiharu to Business Production Department and Yuasa Takuya to Management Department.

Meanwhile, Hamatani Takako shifts her responsibilities from Business Promotion Department to Business Production Department while retaining additional duties. Seikawa Masahiro’s role moves from Regional Solution Department to solely Regional Solution Department. In organizational restructuring, the company integrated and reorganized the regional solution department along with related internal units handling local tax donations.
