Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho Reports Related Party Transactions With Yomiuri Holdings

TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho,ltd. (6335.T) disclosed related party transactions involving Yomiuri Holdings and Yomiuri Tokyo Head Office as of March 31, 2026.

According to the report, Yomiuri Holdings owns 27.20% of Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho's voting rights indirectly through Yomiuri Tokyo Head Office. Yomiuri Holdings, which holds 27.20% of the shares directly, stated that it respects the company’s independence and supports it solely as a shareholder without interfering in management decisions or operations.

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho reported trade relations with Yomiuri Newspaper totaling 138,459 million yen in accounts receivable and ¥2.889 billion in contract assets. There were no transactions with Yomiuri Holdings during this period.
