Tokyo Century Denies Report on Aviation Capital Group Investment

TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Tokyo Century Corporation (8439.T) denied reports published in Nikkei Business Daily stating that the company and Sumitomo Corporation would equally invest in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aviation Capital Group LLC (ACG). According to the report, ACG was said to be reclassified as a jointly controlled entity under equity method accounting.

However, Tokyo Century emphasized that this information had not been officially disclosed by the company. The company stated that the matter would be discussed at the board meeting scheduled for August 03, 2026.
