TOKYO, Apr 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Tokai Carbon CO.,LTD. (5301.T) completed the issuance of its own shares as restricted stock awards today.

According to the resolution made at the board meeting held on March 27, 2026, the company distributed a total of 1,489,000 ordinary shares to five directors, excluding external and overseas resident directors. Each share was issued at a price of ¥1,000 per share, resulting in a total distribution amount of ¥1.489 billion.
