Toho Zinc Reports No Exercise of Warrant in July

TOKYO, Aug 04 (Pulse News Wire) – Toho Zinc CO.,LTD. (5707.T) reported that no shares were delivered due to the exercise of warrants in July.

The company issued the warrants to Apricus Partners LLC on March 16, 2026. As of the end of June, there were 23,795 unexercised warrants out of a total issuance of 35,000. By the end of July, this number decreased to 23,795 unexercised warrants.

No exercises occurred during the month of July, with no deliveries or transfers of self-held shares recorded. At the end of June, the outstanding share count was 18,220,329, including 7,837 treasury shares. The warrant exercise ratio did not exceed the limit set by the listing regulations.
