TOHO Chemical Industry Company RECORDS GAIN FROM SECURITIES SALE

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Toho Chemical Industry Company,limited (4409.T) reported that it executed the sale of part of its investment securities portfolio as previously disclosed on June 25, resulting in a gain of ¥588 million. The transaction was completed on July 17, 2026.

As a result, the company expects to record a special profit of ¥588 million during the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027, covering the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
