Tohbu Network Authorises 100 Million Yen Buyback

Tohbu Network has authorised a share repurchase programme capped at 100 Million Yen (1.77% of issued shares excluding treasury).

Acquisitions will be conducted via on-market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Tohbu Network cited strengthening shareholder returns as the rationale for the action.
