Timee Changes Subsidiary Name to Enhance Branding

TOKYO, Jun 11 (Pulse News Wire) – Timee,inc. (215A.T) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, currently known as Sukima Work Kabushiki Kaisha, will change its name to Timee Solutions, Inc.

(English: Timee Solutions, Inc.) effective August 1, 2026. The decision was made during a board meeting held. The subsidiary, located at Tokyo, Minato Ku Shibaura 3-14-15, operates a staffing platform aimed at addressing human resource challenges in logistics warehouses.

It has a capital of ¥175.0 million. Previously, the subsidiary operated spot work services called “Skima Works” and a logistics warehouse BPO business named “Logi Hero.” However, upon becoming part of Timee’s group, the spot work service was discontinued. With the recent acquisition of field management operations and Logi Hero sales activities through a simplified absorption split completed on May 18, 2026, the company decided to enhance branding within the group and build a structure conducive to long-term growth.

The official name change will take effect on August 1, 2026.
