Thirty Four Secures Overdraft Facility with Kiraboshi Bank

TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Thirty Four CO.,LTD. (310A.T) announced, that it had entered into an overdraft facility agreement with Kiraboshi Bank aimed at securing funds for future growth initiatives.

Under the agreement, Thirty Four CO.,LTD. secured a loan limit of ¥500 million.

The contract was signed, and will remain in effect until November 30, 2026, subject to mutual consent for renewal thereafter. The arrangement includes both collateralized and unsecured options.
