TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – THE WHY HOW DO COMPANY,Inc. (3823.T) reported no exercise of its 16th tranche subscription rights during the month of July.

As of the end of June, there were 55,000 outstanding subscription rights, which remained unchanged at 55,000 by the end of July. The company issued the 16th tranche subscription rights on April 13, 2026, with a total issuance of 210,000 units.

During the reporting period, neither shares nor subscription rights were delivered due to lack of exercise activity. Regarding the exercise restrictions based on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's "Rules Governing the Issuance and Trading of Securities Listed on the Exchange" Article 434 and the Japan Securities Dealers Association's "Regulations Concerning the Handling of Third-Party Allotment Capital Increases," the company adhered to the stipulated limits.
