The proposed changes aim to strengthen oversight functions and enhance corporate governance by transitioning from a company with an audit committee to one with an audit and supervisory committee structure.

This shift includes removing provisions related to the audit committee and establishing new regulations for the audit and supervisory committee, as well as delegating important business decisions to the board of directors.
