Tesec Authorises 300 Million Yen Buyback

Tesec has authorised a share repurchase programme capped at 300 Million Yen (2.91% of issued shares excluding treasury).

The acquisition period runs from June 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026.

Tesec cited strengthening shareholder returns and improving capital efficiency as the rationale for the action.
