Tenda Appoints Six Directors for Annual Shareholders Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 14 (Pulse News Wire) – TENDA Co.,LTD. (4198.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to propose six candidates for director positions at the upcoming 31st regular shareholders meeting scheduled for July 14, 2026.

Three incumbent directors—representing CEO Shoichi Nonbu, Founder Ken Kobayashi, and Executive Vice President Yoichiro Takagi—are set to continue their roles. Additionally, three new appointments have been made: Executive Vice President Sei Aoki, outside director Shunhei Yahiro, and director Ryoi Kasahara, who will also serve as an auditor.

The current term of the existing directors will expire upon the conclusion of the annual meeting on July 14, 2026.
