TOKYO, May 12 (Pulse News Wire) – Teikoku Tsushin Kogyo Co.,Ltd. (6763.T) announced a simplified merger of its subsidiary.

The transaction is scheduled to take effect on July 01, 2026, the merger agreement was signed on May 13, 2026. The dissolving entity reported revenue of ¥17,256 million, total assets of ¥34,738 million, net assets of ¥29,303 million.
