Teijin Decides to Sell Shares of Unknown Shareholders
TOKYO, Jul 29 (Pulse News Wire) – Teijin Limited (3401.T) announced today that its board of directors has decided to sell shares held by unknown shareholders according to Article 197 of the Companies Act. An unknown shareholder refers to those whose notifications or calls sent to the address recorded in the shareholder registry have failed to reach them continuously for five years, and who have not received dividend payments during the same period.
Regarding the schedule, objections to the sale can be filed until November 05, 2026. Following the objection period, the sale of unknown shareholders' shares will proceed after completing legal procedures and upon reaching an appropriate time post-publication period end on November 06, 2026.
