Techno Medica to Buy Back Shares via ToSTNeT-3 on Aug 6

TOKYO, Aug 05 (Pulse News Wire) – Techno Medica CO.,LTD. (6678.T) announced plans to repurchase shares through the ToSTNeT-3 system on August 6, 2026, at 8:45 AM.

The move aims to enhance capital efficiency and increase shareholder returns. The company intends to acquire up to 350,000 ordinary shares, representing 5.25% of the outstanding shares excluding treasury stock. The total value of the buyback is capped at ¥698.2 million.

The final price will be based on the closing price, inclusive of special quotations. In addition, Techno Medica noted that the buyback order will be limited to the trading session on August 6, 2026, and there will be no changes to other trading systems or times. The results of the share repurchase will be disclosed immediately following the conclusion of the trading session on August 6, 2026.

As of June 30, 2026, the company held 2,098,398 treasury shares out of a total of 6,661,602 outstanding shares excluding treasury stock.
