Techno Horizon TO COMPLETELY ACQUIRE VITAL VISION AND EI3D

TOKYO, Jul 24 (Pulse News Wire) – Techno Horizon CO.,LTD. (6629.T) decided to acquire Vital Vision Technology Pte.

Ltd. and EI3D Pte. Ltd., making them wholly-owned subsidiaries. The acquisitions aim to integrate advanced machine vision and 3D automation technologies with TECHNO HORIZON’s existing expertise in imaging and robotics.

Vital Vision Technology, based in Singapore, specializes in providing cutting-edge imaging solutions across various industries, while EI3D focuses on integrating 3D vision technology for industrial automation systems. Both companies have strong presences in Southeast Asia and possess significant technical capabilities in their respective fields. As part of the deal, TECHNO HORIZON plans to enhance its global network and expand into new markets. The acquisition is expected to strengthen the group's offerings in high-value solutions for manufacturing processes, particularly in inspection and welding operations.

The transaction is set to close in late August 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
