Teamspirit posts record Q3 operating profit, sales growth continues

TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – TeamSpirit Inc. (4397.T) reported a record high operating profit of approximately ¥200 million for the third quarter ended August 2026, marking a significant increase from the previous year's corresponding period.

Sales revenue grew by more than 25%, reaching ¥155.1 billion, while the operating margin improved to 12.8%. The strong performance was driven by continued expansion in subscription-based services, particularly from enterprise clients. Additionally, the company launched a new AI product, "TeamSpirit AI Shift Agent," aimed at easing regulatory compliance burdens for customers.

Looking ahead, management expects ongoing investment in support functions for Salesforce and further development of AI applications. Despite achieving interim earnings forecasts, the company plans to maintain its guidance for the full fiscal year due to anticipated expenses related to future growth initiatives.
