TOKYO, Jul 27 (Pulse News Wire) – TDSE Inc. (7046.T) completed the allocation process for restricted share awards as part of executive compensation .

The resolution was made during the board meeting held on June 29, 2026. Under this arrangement, the company distributed ordinary shares totaling 8,938. The distribution does not require monetary payment or property transfer in exchange for the ordinary shares.
