TBS Holdings Names New Special Committee Chair

TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – TBS Holdings,inc. (9401.T) announced today that Yoshihiko Yagi was appointed chairman of the Corporate Value Evaluation Special Committee.

The committee advises the board of directors on strategies to maximize corporate value, particularly concerning responses to acquisition proposals related to the company's shares. Current members' terms extend until the conclusion of the first board meeting following the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for fiscal 2026.

The Corporate Value Evaluation Special Committee consists of five external directors: Yoshihiko Yagi, Naeko Takei, Kyoiro Uenishi, Junko Kokayu, and Mie Fujimoto. Each member brings extensive experience in evaluating corporate value and advising on strategic decisions.
