Taoka Chemical Company APPOINTS NEW DIRECTORS; OUTGOING MEMBERS NAMED

TOKYO, May 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Taoka Chemical Company,limited (4113.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to appoint two new candidates for the position of director effective June 29, 2026, ahead of the upcoming 126th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for the same day. The newly appointed directors are Shinji Horii, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Business Support Division, and Yasuo Yoshino, who holds the position of ICT & Mobility Solution Gyoumushitsu Buchou at Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.

Both appointments will take effect on June 29, 2026. Additionally, the company confirmed that Kanako Fukuda, currently serving as a director, will step down from her role on the same date.

The changes reflect the ongoing efforts to strengthen the leadership team and align with strategic objectives moving forward.
