Tanseisha Approves Share Repurchase Plan
TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Tanseisha CO.,LTD. (9743.T) announced on July 31 that its board of directors approved a share repurchase plan aimed at enhancing capital efficiency and increasing per-share value through stock reduction.
Under the provisions of Article 165 of the Companies Act, the company plans to repurchase up to 2.30 million shares shares, representing 4.8% of outstanding shares excluding treasury stocks. The total amount allocated for the repurchase is capped at ¥2.500 billion.
The repurchase will take place via market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange from August 3, 2026, to September 30, 2026. As of April 30, 2026, the company had a total of 48,105,580 outstanding shares excluding treasury stocks, and held 318,491 treasury stocks.
