Tamura Builds Group to Transition to Audit Committee Structure and Amend Articles of Incorporation
TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Tamura Builds Group CO.,LTD. (524A.F) announced plans to transition to an audit committee structure and amend its articles of incorporation at its extraordinary board meeting held.
The changes will be proposed at the upcoming 13th regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for August 31, 2026. The move aims to strengthen governance and enhance oversight functions in preparation for future business expansion. Key amendments include establishing an audit committee and setting minimum requirements for outside auditors. Additionally, the term limit for directors will be shortened from two years to one year post-election.
