Tachibana Eletech Ups FY27 Outlook Amid Strong Demand
TOKYO, Aug 05 (Pulse News Wire) – Tachibana Eletech CO.,LTD. (8159.T) revised upward its fiscal year 2027 (FY27) consolidated earnings forecast due to improved performance in key segments.
The company previously released its outlook on May 12, 2026. According to the latest revision, the FY27 consolidated sales projection increased to ¥255.0 billion from ¥230.0 billion, while operating profit rose to ¥9.500 billion from ¥7.800 billion. Ordinary profit was adjusted to ¥9.900 billion compared to ¥8.500 billion, and net income per share grew to ¥318.5 million from ¥273.0 million. Overall, the revisions reflect growth rates of 10.9%, 21.8%, 16.5%, and 16.7% respectively. The positive adjustments stem from robust demand across two primary businesses.
In FA systems, market recovery exceeded initial expectations, leading to favorable order conditions. Additionally, semiconductor device operations benefited from rising product prices amid global supply constraints and the company's ability to ensure stable supplies through enhanced procurement capabilities. These factors contributed significantly to revenue growth and operational profitability. Following inventory optimization efforts last year, the company expects normalized earnings performance going forward. However, the company notes that actual results could differ based on various future factors.
