TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Sun Messe CO.,LTD. (7883.T) completed the payment process for restricted share awards to directors and executives on August 03, 2026.

The awards consist of 1,200,000 ordinary shares, with each share valued at ¥1,000 per share, totaling ¥1.2 billion. This transaction was approved during the board meeting held on July 10, 2026.

Six directors received shares, while three subsidiary executives also participated in the award program. Notably, audit committee members were excluded from receiving these restricted shares.
